Yes! Our Standard Package already includes a discount for multiple documents. For regular clients or businesses with ongoing notary needs, we offer custom packages with preferential rates. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. For custom packages or complex services, we may request a deposit with the balance due before the notarization session.

We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, we provide a credit that can be applied to a future booking. No refunds are available for no-shows or if the notarization cannot be completed due to issues on the client's end (such as invalid ID or missing documents).
